Breathing techniques & meditation are effective tools to bring out the best in us and enhance the overall quality of our life. We’ll experience this through guided pranayama and a relaxing meditation. This is a one-hour workshop. You’ll learn practical tools to calm and clear the mind.

SKY Meditation is unique in that it uses the breath as a doorway into meditation. Practitioners are able to have a deep experience of meditation from their very first session.
You’ll leave the course with a comprehensive and beautifully designed practice you can do every day to bring about a state of physical, mental, and emotional peace and well-being. The value grows over time, as the benefits continue to blossom in daily life.
In addition to gaining a daily practice, SKY course graduates will be welcomed into a local community of meditators who come together weekly to practice and connect.
Dr. Tom Mitchell has been practicing and teaching yoga, pranayama and meditation for 40 years. He is a chiropractic physician who also integrates the ancient disciplines of Ayurveda and acupuncture into his Raleigh practice. He recently served as President of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association.
