Learn to calm the mind using your breath.
Breathing techniques & meditation are effective tools to bring out the best in us and enhance the overall quality of our life. We’ll experience this through guided pranayama and a relaxing meditation. This is a one-hour workshop. You’ll learn practical tools to calm and clear the mind.

SKY Meditation is unique in that it uses the breath as a doorway into meditation. Practitioners are able to have a deep experience of meditation from their very first session.
You’ll leave the course with a comprehensive and beautifully designed practice you can do every day to bring about a state of physical, mental, and emotional peace and well-being. The value grows over time, as the benefits continue to blossom in daily life.
In addition to gaining a daily practice, SKY course graduates will be welcomed into a local community of meditators who come together weekly to practice and connect.
Leslye Moore has been teaching meditation and yoga practices across the country since 2008 dedicated to helping individuals achieve fulfillment, peace and self-awareness.
A life-long humanitarian, Leslye has a 25-year career in directing programs in trauma relief for combat veterans, refugee resettlement, anti-human trafficking, disaster relief and HIV/AIDS prevention in the U.S. and internationally.
Currently Leslye is the National Director of Project Welcome Home Troops, a non-profit organization, which teaches mind-body resilience training for optimum performance to military service members and veterans.
