During this course you will learn a mantra-based meditation technique called Sahaj Samadhi Meditation. This course has its origins in a tradition that is thousands of years old. Sahaj is Sanskrit for effortless, and samadhi means pure consciousness. This ancient practice allows the conscious mind to naturally and effortlessly settle deeply into its underlying infinite nature. This technique is a perfect complement SKY Breathing Meditation, giving increased stress relief and greater access to the peaceful, unbounded inner self.
