SKY Meditation is unique in that it uses the breath as a doorway into meditation. Practitioners are able to have a deep experience of meditation from their very first session.
You’ll leave the course with a comprehensive and beautifully designed practice you can do every day to bring about a state of physical, mental, and emotional peace and well-being. The value grows over time, as the benefits continue to blossom in daily life.
In addition to gaining a daily practice, SKY course graduates will be welcomed into a local community of meditators who come together weekly to practice and connect.

A rejuvenating weekend program for those who are looking to unplug and deeply recharge. This silent retreat, often held in residence, offers an opportunity to quiet the mind and experience profound rest and inner stillness, freeing the mind of unwanted habits and deep-rooted stress. This course builds on the experience of the SKY Breathing Meditation technique.
